Shipping Policy

 

Shipping

Shipping Methods:

All packages are shipped via USPS.

USPS orders are processed within USPS shipping days of Monday-Saturday. All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday).

 

Delivery Times:

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information.  USPS Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-4 days of being shipped. Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.

Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Budbewiser and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).

Once an order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above.

APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may take up to 14 Days in transit.

 

Lost Packages:  

We are not responsible for packages once we ship them. In the event your package is LOST or STOLEN you will need to file a complaint online through the USPS and allow time for the matter to be resolved.

Packages that say delivered but you have not received them: Go to your local post office or submit a missing mail search request online. To prevent this from happening in the future please send us an email after placing your order and request a signature for delivery. Please understand that we have no control over missing packages, once we drop your shipment off the responsibility moving forward is on the post office.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address:

If your package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address you will have to pay a shipping invoice to have your order re-sent to your correct address and we will not re-send your order until we have received the original order back, this could take 6 weeks or more. If your package is delivered to the wrong address, we will not be able to refund you for your order or discount a re-order as it’s solely your responsibility to enter correct shipping information, so please double check your address before checking out. *

 

State Laws:

All consumers are required to abide by state and local laws. 

 

Shipping Rates:

All additional shipping methods and rates are listed when you place your order at check out. In the event that you receive the message, "No shipping rates available for your area", this means that we currently do not ship to the address or location that you have provided. We currently do not ship to Idaho, New Hampshire or South Dakota. If this is an international order and you are receiving this message, there may be restrictions on sending products to your country. Please contact our Customer Support Team for additional information. 

 

Back Orders:

In the unlikely event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for a an alternative replacement item, or may at our discretion remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or other method of payment.

Return Policy

All sales on are final!

We do not issue refunds or cancel orders once they are made. Please double check and be sure of your purchase before checkout!

However, if an error is made on our part we will issue a refund or store credit for the inconvenience.

We do not issue refunds if you put the wrong address and your order is shipped to the wrong place. Please double check your address at checkout. 

If a package is lost/stolen/ you will need to file a claim with the USPS they will be responsible for issuing a refund for lost/stolen goods.

PLEASE NOTE: During sales we process a lot of orders and shipping can take longer, expect 3-7 business days before your order is shipped.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any reason.

 

 

Damaged or Missing Products/Order:

In the event that you receive your order and there is product damage, broken bottles, incorrect flavors, due to an error on our part. Please take a picture of the products immediately and email them along with a brief description of the problem contact@budbewiser.com, we will assist you in resolving any problems.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
